Sarah Richards - Chief Customer Officer
Sarah Richards joined the Hollard Insurance Group in 2004. Sarah has over 25 years of experience in Customer Contact Centre Management and Direct Sales Distribution, all of which is within the Financial Services Industry.
After an early career in Hospitality Management in 1994, Sarah joined Westpac as a Customer Service Representative. Her career progression and pathway from that point has led to a deep and effective insight into all the moving facets of a Contact Centre and Operational Leadership from the ground up - from both a customer and business perspective.
Sarah joined Greenstone in its infancy in October 2007 and is responsible for the design of the current operational model, which is still followed today. She holds qualifications in Strategic Thinking, General Management and Leadership.
